26 would-be illegal migrants arrested in Kilinochchi

Kilinochchi Police arrested twenty-six individuals attempting to illegally migrate to Canada via sea route.
The suspects were arrested while at a house in the Kanagapuram area in Kilinochchi last evening following a raid carried out based on information received by the Kilinochchi STF camp.
The arrested suspects have been handed over to Kilinochchi Police and are to be produced before the court today (06).
