Rumors of poison mixed into water are false – Police Spokesperson

The rumors that poison has been mixed into water supplies in several areas of the country are false, stated the Police Media Spokesperson.

Currently, rumors are circulating that poison has been mixed into water supplies in Kelaniya, Kiribathgoda and Ja-Ela areas.

However, the Police refuted these claims and affirmed that these rumors are false news.
