Wearing full-face helmets can be prosecuted under emergency law - AG

The Attorney General has concluded that motorcycle riders wearing full-face helmets can be arrested and prosecuted under the Emergency Law.

The Attorney General has advised the Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Senior DIG C. D. Wickremeratne on the matter.
