The country cannot be governed through two ‘power centres’, says the Leader of the Opposition Mahinda Rajapaksa.

Accordingly, the country should have only one power centre, the Opposition Leader said speaking to the media at the Shrine of Our Lady of Matara.

Commenting further, he said Sri Lanka should be governed according to either a complete presidential system or a parliamentary system.
