Lotus Road closed due to protest

Lotus Road in Colombo has been temporarily closed for traffic due to a protest march by a group of university students, Ada Derana reporter said.

The protest has been organized by the Inter University Students’ Federation (IUSF) and is currently heading towards the Lotus Road Roundabout. 

Severe traffic congestion has been reported in the area and connected roads as a result of this, he said.
