Kurunegala mayor remanded

Mayor of Kurunegala Thushara Sanjeewa has been remanded until the 17th of September, says Ada Derana correspondent.
He was produced before the Kurunegala High Court today (09).
It was reported that an arrest warrant was issued on Kurunegala mayor, who had failed to present himself before the High Court on July 25th when the case was taken up.
