Police directed to submit completed files for AG’s advice

The Attorney General has directed the Acting Inspector General of Police to issue instructions to all Police divisions to strictly comply with provisions of law and to submit completed files seeking the Attorney General’s advice.

The Attorney General’s Coordinating Officer State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne stated this today (15).
