Man arrested for assisting banned terror organizations

A person has been arrested by the Colombo Crimes Division (CCD) over links to terrorist activities, stated the Police Media Division.
The arrest has been made at the Muruthawela area in Mawanella, today (25).
A 59-year-old named Rasheed Akber has been arrested in this manner.
The suspect has reportedly assisted banned terrorist organizations in the country.
