Heavy traffic on Baseline Road due to protest

Baseline Road has been blocked for traffic towards Kirulapone due to a protest in front of the Colombo District Secretariat.
Severe traffic congestion has been reported along Baseline Road from Borella to Narahenpita due to the agitation.
The protest is being staged by development officers opposite the District Secretariat building in Colombo.
