Trains delayed on Kelani Valley Line

A train on the Kelani Valley Line has stalled due to a technical fault near the Watareka railway station between Meegoda and Padukka, says Ada Derana reporter.

The trains scheduled to commute on the Kelani Valley Line may experience delays owing to the incident, the Railway Control Room said.

The railway authorities have already undertaken efforts to mend the technical fault in the stalled train, it said.
