Vehicle speed on expressways limited to 60 kmph

The Road Development Authority (RDA) has urged motorists to limit vehicle speed when traveling on the Expressways.

This limitation has been imposed as a safety measure owing to the heavy rainfall experienced around the country.

Meanwhile, a six-vehicle collision near the Kahatuduwa interchange on the Southern Expressway has injured two persons.
