Three hand grenades found from abandoned land in Moratuwa

Three unusable hand grenades have been recovered from an abandoned land at Rawatawatte, Moratuwa.
The grenades had been found on Friday evening (04 October) when the land was being cleaned, the Ministry of Defence said.
The Air Force Bomb Squad had defused these grenades while Moratuwa Police are conducting further investigations.
