Hizbullah and Sivajilingam to run for Presidency?

Former Governor M. L. A. M. Hizbullah has placed deposits to contest the Presidential Election 2019.

Former parliamentarian M. K. Sivajilingam, too, has submitted deposits for the upcoming presidential election.

Submission of deposits for the Presidential Election concluded at 12 noon today (06).

Forty-one potential candidates have placed deposits for the elections, stated the Elections Commissions.
