The manifesto of Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna’s presidential candidate, was ceremoniously unveiled this morning (25).

The document themed “The Ten Principles of Inclusive Governance” was launched at a ceremony that is currently taking place at the Nelum Pokuna Theatre.

Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa, religious leaders, members of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna, state officials and many other distinguished guests have attended the event to witness the launch.

Marking the launch of the manifesto, Presidential hopeful Gotabaya Rajapaksa initially handed over the document to the religious leaders and then to Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa.

He subsequently addressed the gathering to brief them on the contents of his election manifesto.

Gotabaya Rajapaksa’s manifesto was then handed over to the youth via the launch of the mobile application titled “Vision GR”.

The document was then delivered to the state officials and the politicians who were present at this ceremony.
