Three arrested with 25,000kg of refuse tea ready for export

The Police Special Task Force (STF) has arrested three persons who had been in possession of 25,000kg of refuse tea kept ready for export, says Police Media Spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara.
The arrestees include the manager of a store located at Uswetakeiyawa, Wattala.
