SLPP Presidential Candidate has secured the Tangalle polling division in the Hambantota district with 69.53% vote percentage.

Rajapaksa has received 72,673 votes from the Tangalle polling division.

Sajith Premadasa, the Presidential Candidate of the NDF has managed to garner 22,141 votes (21.18%) from the area.

Anura Kumara Dissanayake has obtained 7,830 votes (7.49%).
