Sajith secures narrow win in Mawanella polling division

NDF candidate Sajith Premadasa has obtained 37,967 votes (50.09%) from a tight competition in the Mawanella polling division in Kegalle District.
Gotabaya Rajapaksa from SLPP has followed with a total of 34,443 votes (45.44%) while Anura Kumara Dissanayake placed third with 1,856 votes (2.45%).
