Police search Ranjan’s residence

The police are currently carrying out a search at UNP Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake’s residence in Madiwela, says Ada Derana correspondent.

It is reported that the officers of Western Province South Crimes Division had arrived at the parliamentarian’s residence at around 3.00 pm this afternoon.

The police officers have stated that the search is being conducted as per a search warrant obtained from Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court.
