Three nabbed with over 190kg heroin, 10 pistols and ammo

Three suspects have been arrested in the Bandaragama Police Division with 192 kg of heroin and several firearms, this morning (30).
The three arrested suspects, including two females, were arrested during a raid carried out by officers of the Western Province (North) Special Investigations Unit.
Along with the drugs, the police officers have found 10 pistols and 19 magazines of ammunition on the suspects, stated the Police Media Spokesperson.
Western Province (North) Special Investigations Unit is conducting further investigations into the suspects.
