STF arrests man with illegally imported cigarettes

A person has arrested at the Galle Harbor areas with a stock of illegally imported cigarettes, stated the Police.
The arrest has been made during a raid carried out by the officers of the Akmeemana Police Special Task Force (STF).
Reportedly, 8,360 cigarettes were found on the suspect.
The arrested suspect has been handed over to the Galle Harbor Police for further investigations.
