Two foreign nationals among Sri Lankan COVID-19 cases

Two foreign nationals are among the patients who were tested positive with the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, stated Chief Epidemiologist Dr. Sudath Samaraweera.

They are a French national and an Indian national, he said.

The two patients are currently receiving treatment at the Infectious Diseases Hospital in Angoda.

Currently, 50 cases of coronavirus infections have been reported from Sri Lanka and 212 suspected Covid-19 patients are currently being treated at selected hospitals in the country.
