COVID-19: Two new cases, seven recoveries

Two more patients have tested positive for the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, stated the Ministry of Health.

With 3 new cases reported today (04), the total number of cases in the country has hiked to 721.

Meanwhile, 7 more patients have recovered from the virus and been discharged from the hospital.

Accordingly, Sri Lanka has reported 194 recoveries from the COVID-19 virus.

Currently, 520 active cases are under medical care at hospitals across the country, as per the Epidemiology Unit of the Health Ministry.

There have been 07 fatalities due to the virus in Sri Lanka.
