Covid-19 recoveries from Navy rise to 381

Fifteen more naval personnel who had contracted the COVID-19 have recovered completely from the disease, says Sri Lanka Navy.

Thereby, a total of 381 coronavirus-positive navy men have returned to health so far.

These discharged navy men will be kept under quarantine for another 14 days in compliance with the healthcare regulations.

The number of coronavirus cases reported in Sri Lanka currently stands at 1,558 following the detection of 28 fresh cases on Friday (29).

Meanwhile, 754 COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the hospital upon complete recovery from the disease.

Sri Lanka has recorded 10 fatalities from the virus, to date.
