20-year-old arrested with illegal pills

A raid in the Poduwakattu area in Trincomalee has led to the arrest of an individual for possession of illegal drugs.

 

When authorities had search a suspicious individual near the Poduwakattu Bridge, they have found 38 150mg intoxicating tablets on him.

 

Accordingly, the man has been arrested by the Police.

 

The arrested suspect is a 20-year-old male residing in the same area.

 

Further investigations on the matter are carried out by the Kuchchaveli Police.
