June 04 declared a holiday for govt. institutions

The Ministry of Public Administration announced that June 04 (Thursday) has been declared a holiday for all government institutions.

This decision has been taken in view of the full day island-wide curfew to be imposed on June 04, the Secretary to the Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government J.J. Rathnasiri said.

Curfew will be imposed island-wide on Thursday (June 04) and Friday (June 05), which is Poson Full Moon Poya Day.
