Two more Covid-19 cases bring total to 2,049

Two more persons have tested positive for novel coronavirus, increasing the total number of confirmed cases reported in the country to 2,049.

The Department of Government Information reported that two returnees from Bangladesh had tested positive for the virus today (01).

Accordingly 290 patients infected with Covid-19 are currently under medical care at hospitals while the number of total recoveries has soared to 1,748.
