Two more Covid-19 cases takes tally to 2,076

Two new cases of novel coronavirus have been detected bringing the tally of confirmed cases reported within the country thus far to 2,076.

The Ministry of Health said that two persons who had recently returned from Bahrain have tested positive for Covid-19.

Accordingly 162 patients infected with the virus are currently under medical care at hospitals while the total number of recoveries in Sri Lanka has risen to 1,903.
