Five more cases takes Covid-19 total to 2,459

Five new cases of novel coronavirus have been identified bringing the total number of confirmed cases reported in the country to 2,459.

The Department of Government Information said that a returnee from Kuwait and 04 returnees from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) tested positive for the virus.

Presently a total of 468 patients infected with the virus are being treated at hospitals while the total number of recoveries is 1,980.
