AG approves selected health regulations related to election

From the suggested health regulations related to the upcoming election, Attorney General Dappula de Livera has approved the ones pertaining only to election meetings, canvassing and election offices.

The Coordinating Officers of the Attorney General State Counsel Nishara Jayaratne revealed this today (17).

The COVID-19 (Elections) Regulations 2020 had been submitted by the Secretary to the Ministry of Health.
