Over 1,100 arrested during police operation in Western Province

Sri Lanka Police has arrested over 1,100 suspects in connection with various offences, during a special operation in Western Province.
Accordingly a total of 1,119 persons including 93 identified from fingerprints and 402 with pending warrants have been arrested during the police operation.
