Main suspect linked to throwing contraband into Welikada Magazine Prison arrested

The main suspect behind throwing parcels containing illegal substances to inmates over the Welikada Magazine Prison walls has been taken into custody.
The Police said he was in possession of heroin, 04 mobile phones, and other contraband at the time of the arrest.
