Negombo win goes to SLPP

The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) has secured victory in the Negombo polling division of the Gampaha District.

The SLPP has received 36,536 votes (52.84%) while the Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) is second with 25,023 votes (35.64%).

Jathika Jana Balawegaya (JJB) has polled 3,834 votes (5.46%) to take third place while United National Party (UNP) is fourth with 2,784 (3.97%).

Our Power of People Party (OPPP) obtained 618 (0.88%).
