Applicants whose names were rejected in the Unemployed Graduates/Diploma Holders Employment Program 2020 will be given the opportunity to submit appeals, says the Department of Government Information.

Accordingly, qualified applicants who were not called for the training due to their membership in the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and employment will be able to appeal.

These applicants are instructed to hand over their appeals to the nearest Divisonal Secretariats before the 15th of September.

The applications for the appeals can be obtained from the official website of the Ministry of Public Services, Provincial Councils and Local Government: www.pubad.gov.lk

The Secretary to the Ministry, Mr. J.J. Ratnasiri says, if the applicants, who were rejected for the aforementioned two reasons but have met the other requirements of the employment program, will be called for the training.
