Two navy personnel arrested while transporting cannabis

Two Sri Lanka Navy personnel have been arrested by Mattakkuliya Police while transporting cannabis, police said.

The arrested suspects were reportedly transporting the cannabis in an official vehicle belonging to the Sri Lanka Navy.

They were arrested by Mattakkuliya Police while 03 grams of cannabis were found in their possession. 

They are to be produced before the Maligakanda Magistrate later today (28).
