“Indra” shot dead by police while trying to flee

Indunil Vajira Kumara alias “Indra”, a member of an infamous criminal gang, has been shot dead by the Police.
He was reportedly a gunman of the team orchestrated by the slain notorious underworld figure “Samayan”.
He was gunned down on Friday (28) night in the area of Nawagamuwa while attempting to escape from police custody.
Officers of Nawagamuwa Police had arrested “Indra” on the 27th of August, while in possession of 10g of heroin.
Reports revealed that he was linked to multiple murders, extortions, robberies and other criminal activities.
