18-hour water cut in parts of Colombo

The water supply to parts of Colombo will be temporarily suspended for 18 hours from 1.00 p.m. today (02) due to urgent repairs to the supply line, the Water Board said.

Accordingly the water cut will be imposed from 1.00 p.m. today to 7.00 a.m. tomorrow (03) in Colombo 12, 13, 14 and 15. 

Meanwhile the water supply to Colombo 01, 10 and 11 will be under low pressure, the National Water Supply and Drainage Board said.
