Thirty arrested at party for using cannabis

A total of 30 individuals have been arrested after a police had raided a party held at the Kochchikade area in Negombo.
The Police stated that the party-goers had been arrested over the use of cannabis.
Reportedly, the party had been organized through Facebook.
