Couple visiting Magazine Prison caught with heroin

A couple visiting an inmate at the Magazine Prison in Colombo has been taken into custody by the Prison Intelligence.
Reportedly, they had attempted to smuggle in narcotic drugs into the prison premises.
A total of 08 packets of heroin have been found on the suspects, stated the Police.
The duo has been handed over to the Borella Police Station for onward investigations.
