All private and Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) buses will only be allowed to transport passengers according to the seating capacity of the bus.

The decision will be implemented with immediate effect, says State Minister Dilum Amunugama.

This is with the identification of a COVID-19 patient – a 39-year-old woman employed at an apparel factory – from Divulapitiya, Minuwangoda.
