Minuwangoda Covid-19 cluster: 47 more test positive

Forty-seven new positive cases of coronavirus have been reported from the Minuwangoda Covid-19 cluster, according to the Government Information Department.

Four of them are apparel factory workers and contacts who are in quarantine while the remaining 43 are contacts of positive patients from the cluster.

This brings the total number of positive cases reported from the Minuwangoda cluster to 2,122.

Sri Lanka’s total number of Covid-19 cases thus far stands at 5,538 while the total number of recoveries is 3,403.
