83 more coronavirus recoveries brings total to 3,644

Eighty-three more patients who had previously tested positive for coronavirus have been discharged from hospital today after testing negative for the virus.

Forty (40) patients from the Minuwangoda Base Hospital, 11 from Kamburugamuwa Hospital, 08 from National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID), 07 from Iranawila Hospital, 05 from Teldeniya Base Hospital, 04 from Kathankudy Hospital, 03 from Hambantota Hospital, 02 from Laggala Pellegama Hospital and one patient each from Welikanda, Colombo East and Rambukkana hospitals have been discharged. 

This brings the total number of Covid-19 recoveries in the country to 3,644.
