Essential services that wish to call in the staff members from isolated areas in the event of an urgent need have been asked to inform the Director-General of Health Services.

In a notice, he said strict travel restrictions have been imposed in many selected areas with the intention of curbing the Covid-19 outbreak and entering or leaving these areas is strictly monitored by the authorities.

Hence, the inability to bring in the necessary personnel to run essential services in other areas has become an issue, the notice read further.

Thereby, the essential services are urged to seek the Director-General of Health Services to seek permission accordingly.
