12-hour water cut for three suburbs of Colombo

Water supply for three suburban areas of Colombo – Battaramulla, Pelawatte and Akuregoda – is expected to be suspended for 12 hours today (28).
The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB)said the water cut will be effective from 9.00 pm tonight.
The move comes as a result of essential maintenance work, the NWSDB stated further.
