Sri Lanka’s oldest female dies at age 117

The oldest female of Sri Lanka has passed away earlier today (December 29) at the age of 117 years.

The deceased Dodangoda resident had passed away while receiving treatment at the Nagoda Hospital.

Her death was confirmed by the Assistant Government Agent’s (AGA) Office of Dodangoda.
