Parliament to meet on Jan 19, 20

A decision has been taken for the Parliament to meet on Tuesday (19) and Wednesday (20) this week.

MP Mano Ganesan stated that this decision was taken at the party leaders meeting held today (January 18).

The meeting of the Committee on Parliamentary Business, initially scheduled to be held on Jan. 13, was held today (18) chaired by the Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena. 

This meeting of the Committee on Parliamentary Business was held to decide on the Business of the House for the Parliamentary Week which is scheduled to commence tomorrow (19).
