With e-Channelling services uniformly available to both Postpaid and Prepaid customers, simply dialing 225 from an Airtel mobile provides direct access to channelling medical specialists. While charges for appointments made by Postpaid customers will be added to their monthly bill, for all Prepaid customers who make an appointment, charges will be deducted from their talktime. Furthermore, the service has also been made available to all corporate customers as well.
