Southern Province governor tests COVID-19 positive

Governor of the Southern Province Dr. Willy Gamage has been identified to have contracted COVID-19.
With the governor’s personal secretary testing positive for the virus, the governor too was subjected to a self-quarantine process.
Subsequently, Dr. Gamage, too, has tested positive for the virus infection.
