Investigations into sale of Swarnawahini shares incomplete - AG tells IGP

The Attorney General has informed the Inspector General of Police (IGP) that investigations into the sale of shares of Swarnawahini television channel are incomplete and has returned the investigation file, an official said.

Attorney General Dappula De Livera has also directed the police to conduct further investigations into the matter, AG’s coordinating officer Nishara Jayaratne said.
