Coronavirus: 120 new infections registered

A total of 120 more persons were tested positive for COVID-19 in Sri Lanka today (April 02) as the confirmed cases count reached 93,037.

Meanwhile, the recoveries count now stands at 89,407, as per Epidemiology Unit’s data.

According to statistics, 3,059 active cases are still under medical care at designated hospitals and treatment centres.

Sri Lanka has also witnessed 571 fatalities due to the outbreak of the pandemic.
