Sri Lanka confirms 98 new Covid-19 cases

A total of 98 more persons were tested positive for COVID-19 in Sri Lanka today (April 03) as the confirmed cases count reached 93,226.

Meanwhile, the recoveries count now stands at 90,021, as per Epidemiology Unit’s data.

According to statistics, 2,630 active cases are still under medical care at designated hospitals and treatment centres.

Sri Lanka has also witnessed 575 fatalities due to the outbreak of the pandemic.
